X Response operates a curated network of independent, certified restoration partners and coordinates emergency restoration services including water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, smoke damage restoration, mold remediation, and sewage cleanup. When you request help, we coordinate a qualified restoration partner to perform or manage the work in your area.

The restoration partners in our network are independent businesses. They are not employees of X Response. X Response coordinates your response, manages communication, and applies network standards for documentation and quality, but the on-site work is performed by the assigned partner.

While we strive to respond to emergencies as quickly as possible, response times depend on factors outside our control, including weather, demand, distance, road conditions, and partner availability. We do not guarantee a specific response time, arrival time, or outcome. If you are facing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 first.

When you use our website or request services, you agree to:

• Have the authority to request service for the property in question (for example, as the owner or authorized representative)
